Girl this exercise WORKS !! I had an 11 pound baby and he really did some damage to my core and I’ve been doing this consistently (2-3x a week ) for about 4 months and my stomach is so flat now and my core is so strong . Best exercise ever

This back pain & round ligament pain is no joke! This is no picnic or walk in the park. Definitely not fun & games. I can’t until it ends. The pain is unbelievable & unreal.

How many times a week are you all doing each video?
I suggest 4-6 deep core workouts per week to start the core healing process. It can be this series alone or combined with any of my other PP core workouts. ❤

Hi! I am not sure what could be causing your neck pain-I would suggest seeing a chiropractor or PT to address this!❤
I tried physical therapy first and then switched to your videos. your videos have given me faster results without having to bird/dog on a table in a room full of strangers 😅

Hi! Once you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider, I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan, followed by my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core. Hi! Glad you’re here! That is a lot of your body!! No, you should not feel any pain-I would recommend getting an assessment from a pelvic floor PT to get things checked out! ❤

Hey Lauren great workout! I also have a question out of curiosity. I noticed that your arms are way muscular than mine,and I am a 20 year old guy lol. Now I am really curious to know who among us got stronger arms 🤭💪 So, what's your 1 rep max for single arm bicep curl? Mine is 15 lb (below 7 kg). If I put that question in a funny way, if we arm wrestle,who will win? 😆 Please don't see it as comparison, its just me setting goals

Had my first c section 4 months ago. I don’t have DR and I’m losing weight with following your tips to heal my core. My belly feels like a rock and numb little bit and still looks big but smaller than before, is that normal ? Maybe i should do the massage? And excuse my English it’s my second language 🙏🏻🤍
Hi! I’m glad you have had some subversion healing your core! What you’re describing could definitely be related to scar tissue and adhesions from your incision. Of course, I cannot say specifically what the issue is, but you would benefit from scar massage regardless! You can do it daily or a few times per week. Or course, I always suggest checking with a pelvic floor PT for a more personalized plan. ❤

I've done your advanced ab workout and I would love another one that is tough like that. I feel this one more on the sides of my butt which is great but I Def want more ab burn. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
This one works the glutes in conjunction with the core; you’ll feel it more in the glute bc of the band! I have a new series coming with more advanced ab moves! In the meantime, have you done my 21 Day Postpartum Ab Challenge?
When Star this after c-section
Hi! You can begin as soon as you feel ready and as long as you are cleared for gentle movement by your medical provider. This program is very gentle and progresses as you get stronger, so it is perfect for easing into exercise again and will help you heal and regain strength as you recover from your C-section. 💗

I would say no, although I don’t want to speak to something I do not have the authority to address. I’d seek help from a pelvic floor PT. ❤
Hello. I just started the last workout and after i finish it i dont know what to do. Can i just folow your vids 1 by 1 like i did with this ones? Like after this there is csection hiit, after this its pp butt lift and so on? Or its wrong? I am also breastfeeding. I did all this workout 6 days a week, have a balanced diet but my fat not going away. I saw you have a video about breastfeeding fat burning, can i do it like 2 times a week? Like can i do for example the hiit one and after this the breastfeeding fat burning one? Or it should be in different days. Sorry i have so many questions im just confused. And if it matter its my 3rd c section

How many days in a week we should do this?
Hi! I reconned working your big muscle groups 2-3 times per week. I’d suggest doing this workout maybe once per week but also switching it up with some of my other postpartum strength workouts. They’re all organized on my channel playlists. ❤

I’d say 4-6 deep core workouts per week if sufficient as you begin the healing process, then you can reduce the number of workouts per week and increase the intensity by adding in more challenging core exercises. You can always alternate these workouts with any of my other postpartum core workouts and plans so you aren’t doing the same thing every day! Your body needs some variety!

Love your workout! Is there max be an alternative for the last exercise that is a little bit more comfortable for women who breastfeed? It kinda hurts and anyway your not supposed to lie on your chest when breastfeeding 🙈
Hi! I understand that. I breastfed my girls but would try to feed before workouts to help with discomfort, and never push on my chest as to not put too much pressure on your breasts. But you can always modify with a cobra back extension so your chest never touches the floor and you’re still working the same muscles!❤❤

Is it good for fupa after c section? My stomach is flat with abs but I still have a slight fupa which really annoys ne
Yes, definitely! I had two C-sections myself! Just make sure your incision is fully healed and you’re cleared for gentle movement. ❤
Can I do this as a prenatal workout?
Yes, although you may not tolerate laying on your back for long intervals, so listen to your body. You may also need to modify without the band at times. I have specific prenatal core workouts on my channel, organized by trimester into playlists! ❤
Really this helps so much, i am 32 weeks pregnant and my hips have been getting locked from how tight they are this really helps that. Also tmi It helps with the constipation if it started back up for anyone else like it has me in the 3rd trimester.

Thanks for the great series. I have two questions, First for all the exercises on hands and knees, do we engage the core by pulling the belly button in? Second, for first part of exercises laying on back, when lifting first leg, do we keep the other leg super light or pressing the floor? When keeping super light I can feel the core is better engaging but then my back is not fully touching the ground and starts to arch.

Is this okay to do if i have diastasis recti? I've had 2 csections. I'm currently 20 months PP and im barely getting back to working out.
Yes! It is safe for DR and will promote healing for your core. I also have specific programs for improving core function on my playlists: my postpartum Ab program and my lose your mommy pooch plan-I highly recommend those along with this one!
